Mitoko Bay, located almost in the center of Muroto Anan Kaigan Quasi-National Park, is also known as the Matsushima of Shikoku due to its ria coastline and beautiful eroded sandstone.

The waves in this bay are relatively calm, making it a popular place for beginners in marine sports.

Peeking into the cobalt blue ocean, you will not only see coral, but also countless tropical fish such as petrels, night herons, and sea cormorants swimming around, creating a sight reminiscent of a tropical country.

In addition, small islands such as Kagori Island, Yoshima Island, and Uva Island float above the sea, and many strangely shaped rocks that look like lions and crocodiles can be seen.
